    PictureBook's main program window

    PictureBook V1.4 main window

In this image, you see PictureBook's main program window. On top, there's the function buttonbar & menu from were most functions are initiated. Immediately below the buttonbar, you see the "Picture data" group, where the image navigation functions are located as well as the image's title, date and current database identifier number.
The lower section displays two tab pages, the "Picture image" tab (currently active) and the "Picture information" tab (see below). At the right side of the "Picture image" tab, you see the various function buttons for image processing (top to bottom: image stretch toggle, full screen viewer, paste, copy, cut, zoom in, zoom out, import, export and edit image).

    The Picture information tab

PictureBook - Picture information tab page

Shown in this image, is the above mentioned "Picture information" tab. This is a full featured Rich Text Format (RTF) memo editor, which you can use to add additional information about the picture shown on the "Picture image" tab. At the top of the tab page, the various function buttons for text processing are positioned (left to right: toggle wordwrap mode, select all, paste, copy, cut, delete, font settings, find, replace, undo).

    A report preview window

A sample of a report preview window

This is a sample of the report preview window. (These reports normally start out in full screen size: this image has been reduced in size to limit download time - you'll get the impression). The layout shown here is the standard - built in - printjob, which adapts to your printer driver settings. The image is shown as-is, unless it would be to big to fit the page - then it's rescaled to fit into the space available. Above the image itself, the image's date and title are displayed. Below the image, the contents of the information memo is added (should the image not leave enough room for the memo, then the text is transported onto the next page).
